Our Approach

We provide a nurturing environment where young individuals can thrive. Our approach combines holistic restorative practice, which focuses on positive relationships and personal growth that empowers young people in their journey towards adulthood. AHS emphasises working alongside young people, promoting responsibility and independence. An integral part of our purpose at AHS is the recognition, respect and support of the important aspects of young people's identity, such as culture, race, gender, immigration status or citizenship, faith and sexual identity without judgement.
